When donations are dropped off at Bissell Thrift Shop, they are sorted, allocated, and distributed to Bissell Centre’s Community Closet, Family Support Services, and other internal programs to ensure our community members have access to free clothing, work gear, household goods, and more.

Any items not needed or not suitable for these programs are sold at our thrift shops and online store. $0.89 of every dollar generated goes back into Bissell Centre’s programs and services, supporting the people in our community who are experiencing homelessness and poverty.

We're also an electronics recycling drop-off location for Quantum Lifecycle Partners.
